Terms of Service
Last updated: April 18, 2026
These Terms govern your use of hangarscope.com ("this site") before the HangarScope application launches. Separate terms will apply to the application itself when you create an account; those will be presented to you at sign-up and are not covered here.
Waitlist signup
If you submit the waitlist form, you are asking us to email you when HangarScope launches and to send related product updates. You can opt out at any time — see the Privacy Policy for how we handle your email and how to have it removed. Joining the waitlist is not a purchase, does not reserve a specific product tier, and does not obligate either of us to anything beyond what's described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit email addresses that are not yours or that are fabricated.
- Use automated tools to submit the waitlist form or otherwise abuse this site (spam, probing for vulnerabilities, scraping at rates that strain the service).
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to this site's hosting, its database, or any data stored by us.
- Use this site to harass, defame, or harm other people.
No warranty
This site is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Content published here describes planned functionality for HangarScope and may change before launch. We do not guarantee that this site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the HangarScope application will ship on any particular date, with any particular features, or at all.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HangarScope will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim arising out of this site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and HangarScope each agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York for any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms.
Changes
If we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the date above. Waitlist subscribers will be notified by email before changes that affect them take effect.
